DESCRIPTION OF SELLTHISCAR.CO.UK PLATFORM AND SERVICES

The Sellthiscar.co.uk and stx.co.uk Platform helps you in selling, buying Vehicles in convenient and hassle-free manner. You can avail our Services by entering your contact information and the details of your Vehicle in the Valuation form available on our Sellthiscar.co.uk Platform’s homepage. Based on the information provided by you, we will provide you a tentative valuation (“Instant Valuation”) of your Vehicle. Please note that this instant valuation of your Vehicle is just an indicative value based on the information provided by you in the valuation form and the final value of the Vehicle is subject to physical inspection and valuation done through us.

Upon receiving Instant Valuation of your Vehicle through our Sellthiscar.co.uk Platform, you may book an appointment for physical inspection of your Vehicle through our Sellthiscar.co.uk Platform or by sending an email to info@sellthiscar.co.uk or by calling us on 0161 826 9474. The physical inspection will take place at the Registered Owner/Keeper location although alternative locations may be agreed such as workplaces. In the event you do not communicate regarding a pre-arranged Inspection/collection and one of our agents arrives at the agreed time, you will be liable for the expenses incurred by Sellthiscar.co.uk.
The inspection shall be conducted by our authorised vehicle inspection agents. The physical inspection may involve overall inspection of your Vehicle based on our standard inspection checklist which includes but is not limited to the examination of model, mileage, condition and the relevant documents of your Vehicle. You hereby authorise Sellthiscar.co.uk to inspect and capture images and other specifications of your Vehicle in order to provide you the actual valuation (“Actual Valuation”) of the Vehicle. You also hereby understand that Actual Valuation is also subject to change and on the basis of this valuation. Further, you grant us the right to share your contact information and details of your Vehicle to any third party in connection with the transaction contemplated under the Services being provided by us.

You hereby acknowledge and understand that in order to arrive at the actual price at which the Vehicle shall be bought by us or our authorised dealers (“Sale Price”), we may upload the Actual Valuation of the Vehicle along with other details as collected from you through this Sellthiscar.co.uk Platform or at the time of inspection, on our Vehicle dealers’ sales tool operated by us. You may agree to sell your Vehicle at such Sale Price or in case you are not satisfied by the Price, you have the right to refuse such offer. In the event you accept the offer, we will provide you the Sale Price on behalf of the Dealer in your account upon signing of relevant documentation.

ELIGIBILITY AND JURISDICTION; CONTENT; LICENSE AND ACCESS

. Eligibility and Jurisdiction

The Services are controlled and operated by Sellthiscar.co.uk from the United Kingdom and are not intended to subject Sellthiscar.co.uk to the laws or jurisdiction of any state, country, or territory other than the United Kingdom. Sellthiscar.co.uk does not represent or warrant that the Services or any part thereof is appropriate or available for use in any particular jurisdiction other than the United Kingdom. We may limit the Services’ availability, in whole or in part, to any person, geographic area or jurisdiction we choose, at any time and in our sole discretion.

The Services are intended only for use in the United Kingdom by individuals who are 18 years of age or older and who have the capacity to enter into a valid contract. By accessing the Services you represent and affirm that you meet these requirements. If you choose to access this site from a location outside the United Kingdom, you are responsible for compliance with local laws.

Account Creation

SELLTHISCAR.CO.UK SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR VERIFYING YOUR USER INFORMATION. SELLTHISCAR.CO.UK SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE YOU MAY SUFFER AS A RESULT OF YOUR SHARING YOUR USERNAME, PASSWORD, AND/OR ONLINE ACCOUNT SERVICES WITH SOMEONE ELSE. IF YOU PROVIDE YOUR ACCOUNT INFORMATION TO SOMEONE ELSE OR ALLOW SOMEONE ELSE TO ACCESS AND USE YOUR ONLINE ACCOUNT SERVICES, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL ACTIONS TAKEN BY THAT PERSON.

Sellthiscar.co.uk reserves the right at any time, without notice, to remove or require a change to any password or User ID that has been provided to you or otherwise to change the access means or methods for portions of the Services.
You are solely responsible for the following:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your User ID, password, and User Information and
• All access, visitation, use of, and activity on your account/profile. You agree that we may, and you expressly authorize us to, process transactions and registrations for additional services initiated using your User Information.

You may not sublicense, transfer, sell, rent, or assign your User ID, account/profile, or password to any third party without Sellthiscar.co.uk’s written approval.

If you suspect that your account/profile is no longer secure, you must immediately change your User ID and/or password, if available, and/or close the account/profile.

You represent and warrant that (1) you have the authority to grant the rights in such User Materials as set forth below and (2) such User Materials, and the use of such User Materials, shall not violate these Terms of Service.

By submitting User Materials via the Services or via any Sellthiscar.co.uk -managed social media channels, you grant to Sellthiscar.co.uk a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, unlimited, nonexclusive license to use, reproduce, create derivative works from, modify, edit, translate, distribute, publish, perform, sublicense, distribute, sell, and display, in public or otherwise, any User Materials you make available, in any media or medium, in any form, format, or forum, and for any purpose, without compensation to you. For this reason, do not send any User Materials to us that you do not wish to license to us, including any confidential information. You agree that you will not make User Materials available on the Services that:

• Violate any applicable laws;

• Are obscene, indecent, pornographic, violent, or otherwise objectionable;

REGISTRATION FEE AND SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES FOR DEALERS

The Buyers shall register themselves as Dealers on stx.co.uk through paying a specific Registration fee. The Registration fee paid by the Buyers (Dealers) is NON-REFUNDABLE.

Subscription Services are additional services Sellthiscar.co.uk provides to the Buyers in a form of subscription using our Dealer Portal login (www.stx.co.uk). You can find the features, software and content included in the Subscription Services on our website. We reserve the right to modify, terminate or otherwise amend our offered features, softwares, subscription plans and promotional offerings at any time.

The Subscription Service requires payment before you can access it (“Paid Subscription”). Sellthiscar.co.uk, Stx.co.uk at its own discretion may offer multiple types of Paid Subscriptions and reserves the right to modify, terminate, or otherwise amend features included in any of the Paid Subscriptions at any time. We may also offer special promotional plans, memberships, or services in conjunction with or through the Subscription Service.
We provide a yearly subscription to the Subscription Services. When you purchase your Paid Subscription, you will have access to any Subscription Service or content currently available within that Paid Subscription for the period of your Paid Subscription. We may decide to periodically update the Subscription Services features, software and/or content made available in the Paid Subscription, and some Subscription Services features, software and/or content may either become unavailable or be made available for free when this happens. The yearly Subscription Service for the Dealers may be terminated by Sellthiscar.co.uk, stx.co.uk at any time upon the discretion of Sellthiscar.co.uk and/or stx.co.uk.

All vehicles are subject to prior sale and may not be available when you are ready for purchase. You agree that reliance on the vehicle listings and descriptions on the Services is at your own risk. For this reason, please contact the store location where a vehicle is located to confirm the accuracy of the contents of our Services before you visit that store location.
